I love using the Dream House but its so large the default positions are way off centre. If you zero position a room and rotate it then the axis of rotation is a mile off.

I got around this by bringing in a simple figure at zero, parenting the room to the figure then move the room to zero. Hide the simple figure. If you rotate the simple figure then the room stays at zero.

You can save the room pose for future use (apply after parenting). If you need two or three rooms then parent them togther first before parenting the main room to the simple figure.
