Maybe another rule to consider is that idea that if the winner doesn't post a new challenge for the next month by a certain date (the 10th?) that the moderator will then pick the next challenge. For me, "winning" has very little to do with who wins, rather it's all about the fun of creating the image and sharing it with everyone on the forum. We all win as long as the process keeps going!
