The only way originally was to adjust the clothing to the morphed character , essentially duplicating the figures morphs. It is a substantial amount of work.

There are scripts to help create the full body morphs but it still takes time. Lyrra had magnet sets to create a lot of the morphs , and some things like crossdresser and morphing clothes claim to do them fairly easily.
