Close to the end of the .lxs file you'll see
PixelFilter "mitchell"

 "float xwidth" [2]

 "float ywidth" [2]

 "float B" [0.333333333333]

 "float C" [0.333333333333]

Change that to
PixelFilter "gaussian"

 "float xwidth" [1.3]

 "float ywidth" [1.3]
