Dave, do you have Internet Explorer version 8?  It has, under Safety, In Private Browsing and other good things?  You will need to use MS' Cleanmgr.  Gets rid of stuff in Downloaded Program Files, Temporary Internet Files, Recycle Bin, Thumbnails as well as your Temporary files.  Also locate your cookie files and delete those too.  Jan
