I've been trying to think if there is some way to benchmark open gl performance of a graphics card in vue.
I can't think of a way, since everything happens so quick.
Since it's not a true render there is not a timer that tells you how long it took. So you can't time as benchmark.
It's all subjective (hmm it seems like things are dragging around quicker) or (hey this looks a little more real)
Maybe someone with more brains than me can come up with way to benchmark openGL performance in VUE so that cards can be compared for use in Vue.
I tried an app called Fir Mark which tests openGL, but the benchmark scores are all over the place in their database. the scores seems to swing wildly even on the same card,
Not only that but it may have nothing to do with the way Vue use Open GL. The numbers seem pointless.
