The full path is in what Poser calls the "texture manager". If you click on the black arrow above the Browse button, you will get a (sometimes very long) list of all textures used in the scene. The one with the checkmark is the currently selected texture with its full pathname.

The way the list is presented needs be improved however (like the prop selection listbox in the document view)
