What makes you think it has anything to do with Python?

Have you run any of the built in poserscripts to see if the internal Python functions?

I think you are assuming that because two programs use routines from the same language that they somehow interact.

I mean, I have MS Excel which uses C++ and it has no relationship to any other program on the system that uses that as basic language core.

Poser has very few registry entries of import, most of those deal with file associations and it will run fine without those as long as you use them in the program and don't try double clicking a PZ3 or something.  The other entries deal with location of temp files.

Have you run the inits I suggested in previous post.  Sometimes even under normal conditions the init doesn't take and gives no error message.  eXp technology is somewhat flaky at times
