Did you ever see the Kalidah Forest playset by LittleFox at RDNA? It's toonish looking, but has a cobblestone path... Maybe with a different texture it would work for what you have in mind? And the trees you can always make invisible...http://www.runtimedna.com/Gumdrops-Kalidah-s-Forest-Playset.html
