 The FREE character works fine.

All the included files work correctly.

 This only needs to be done once, thereafter the non-problem does not exist.

Say "Thank you for the free item" and continue merrily about your business.

I wrote the first post...so maybe you should go back and reread it and this time try to understand it....especially the last sentence....and why would a "non problem" need to be fixed?

I know how to "fix" it..my point is I shouldn't have to fix it unless I want to....and there are many "new" users who just don't know how to fix it.  A simple warning that it may have to be fixed is all thats necessary.

Clear enough or does the above mean something other than what English speaking people in the known universe would comprehend.

It's a non-problem because it doesn't need to be "fixed", it's not broken. The files work correctly. The PZ2 files load the proper textures and morph data to the correct location on the selected V4 figure.

You're complaining that a free gift isn't to your liking.

The courteous thing to do is say "Thank you" and at most note that DAZ Studio users will need to adjust the surface settings as no DS presets were included.

So why not try teaching new users rather than speading FUD about an item?

There is a reason that content contributors regularly "give the finger" to the Poser/DAZ community, parse it out for yourself.
