Dan, that version of D|S was VERY buggy.  It's 3.1.1.73 and you need to replace it with the version in the links I posted earlier.

I have no idea why they are still selling and delivering a product they KNOW to be buggy.

And, don't download 3.1.2.20, either.  It's buggy as well.  If you do get that one, check NO to install Animate 2 or everything you load will crash D|S.
