The Setup Room is only for rigging models, it is not the area for actual posing and model manipulation.  The Pose Room is where you want to be.  However, it looks like your main camera is pulled back too far.  I suggest to restore it either through Edit>Restore>Camera or resetting your factory preferences under General Preferences.
