Yup, frame 1, I make no changes. I load the character and clothes, and leave frame 1 alone after that. Then I go to frame 30, and pose the character. In the cloth sim, Poser fills in the gaps and will move the figure from Pose (A) to Pose (B) and the clothes will follow along.
