Harulman's model of the famous western-style Red Brick Warehouse in Yokohama, Japan.  I have visited the real place before; it's filled with artsy shops and surrounded by a large expanse of promenade space, along the Yokohama bay.  BlackNight has blogged about his poser render using the model in Poser; see this:
