You can post a link in this forum..you can not create just a thumbnail and link to the item in the freestuff section...we host files now, so if you upload a thumbnail in the freebie section, you must also upload the file itself.

Indeed...since quite a while now.. ...see the uploads page info.. ...
Once
in a while I look around,
I see
a sound
and
try to write it down
Sometimes
they come out very soft
Tinkling light sound
The Sun comes up again

I think if you edit an old freestuff item it may just become inactive but you can try.. ...off site stuff isn't part of the current protocol other than links in this Forum.. ...

If you edit one that was just a link to an offsite item, then the system will ask that you upload a file here...I don't 'think' it will reset the counter, but I can't say for sure.

I have an old free texture for Jessy that was hosted at deviantart but now I've put in on sharecg.
When I try to edit the Thubnail and the link here it doesn't have the option to make a link to the new location anymore
Is there a way to do that?
