OK. I didn't look to see if Corel gave you a real time preview while you rotate or skew an image. It doesn't (even in version 9). And I bet it never will. You can paste a bitmap of virtually any size in Corel. I've had drawings that incorporated 1/2 dozen 40 meg scans from slides. When these images update, it takes a few seconds, even on a 1.2 gigahertz machine. I'd hate to see a preview moving in 5 second "jerks" as I rotate the image. Now, it would be nice if it generated a low res (fast rotating) preview image from the high res image, instead of using a grey box...
