I have never had that problem with P8 or PP2010 Library.

Then again, i do not keep a lot of external runtimes connected, just the ones I am using.

Have you taken a look at Semidieu's -

ShaderWorks Library Manager It's over at RDNA and still on sale at 50% off.

I love the fact that you can load multiple figures' clothing at once and conform them with about 2 clicks.
