The problems are these:
1. No Professional license for distribution. (Although I'm not sure how that would be enforced. Maybe I'll buy the pro version eventually.)
2. Generated Mesh isn't Quads. Retopologizing the mesh would solve problem 1, but you'd likely lose the wonderful UV mapping that takes place in Clo3d, creating even more problems with complex stuff
3. It's best to use a dense polygon setting for best results with folds and stuff like that. This makes grouping a LOT more difficult, unlike in max where Modifiers give you the smoothing while you work on the low poly mesh.
4. Why go through all that stuff when Poser already as a cloth room? lol. Daz has cloth dynamics too, but I think you gotta buy it.
