Re the MD2 limitations: The personal license really allows anything for an individual user except for for-profit distribution of 3D meshes. I.e. you're allowed to sell images, and you're allowed to give away freebie models.

The triangles/quads thing can probably be resolved automagically in some other 3D app, although I suspect that such solutions are less than satisfactory. Thankfully, the Poser cloth room prefers triangles, and that's what I would primarily use it for myself. But that's no consolation for DS users.
