Blender3D can be found at http://www.blender.org. Morphing Clothes and Poser File Editor are by Dimension3D, here in the Renderosity marketplace. Do a
menu Marketplace
Search
and enter "poser file"
pretty sure that will get you straight to the product. Or, using the vendor dropdown, find Dimension3D and you'll see all his fine products.

Sorry for my rather flippant answer before, but there have been * so* many exhaustive threads on this here in this forum: doing a simple search on "morcloth" or "editor" or "wings3d" would doubtlessly have landed you on one of the threads.
