I've seen Trek characters on many sites, plus clothes, phasers, starship models - & a really nice starship Bridge interior prop in renderocity's marketplace (to buy) But the largest & most comprehensive selection I've seen is at www.3dposer.com - great stuff! - & free to boot! (dont forget to give credit to the creators for any you use:) ) for the romulan hairstyle - you might try trans mapping an existing dtyle. or paint a texture map+bmp map & apply to a bald head.
