Yes it probably will, in both cases when you look in the library you'll be looking at the default, whatever that was as selected in your installation choices.
If you have installed your new content (correctly) to this default library then you should see it. If you have installed it somewhere else, (but possibly not realizing that it was not to the default library), then you will not. In which case you need to add that new runtime using the "add library" icon in the library pallet.
The default Poser installer will place the application in:-
C:Program FilesSmith MicroPoser Pro 2010
If you selected the content to be placed in the traditional or local location it will be in:-
C:Program FilesSmith MicroPoser Pro 2010Runtime
If you went with the default library location it will be in:-
C:Documents and SettingsAll UsersDocumentsPoser Pro ContentRuntime
and it will be this library that will be visible when you first open Poser.
There may be slight variations in the above, I'm using Windows XP, but the principles will be the same.
