the challenge is the third question really. I've never been able to figure that one out so that I can register.

 

The first two aren't as tough (they're mainly tough because Babelfish/Google Translate mangles the question) but no matter that "three kanji" answer i give to where Tokyo is situated.. it's wrong.

So I hope for a less rigorous application (read: More gaijin-friendly although THAT has yet to be seen ;) ) in their new forum.
