@SaintFox: there is a morph called "Narrow" which should come close. You can see a bit of it in the last render I posted on page 270, but that's not the full strength yet. I suggest you download from https://github.com/odf/Antonia.Polygon/zipball/master, give it a try and if it's not satisfactory, let me know what's missing.
The idea of the system I'm using - which was developed by a very experienced professional animator, by the way - is to have a small set of morphs that can be combined into all kinds of expressions, plus so-called visemes that can be used for lip syncing. So for example, the "Smile" morph simply makes the mouth wider without affecting the eyes. That way, it can be used as an "A" shape as well as, in combination with a squint, to produce a proper smile. That system will take a little bit of experimentation and getting used to, but I believe in the end it will be much easier to use.
Anyway, see what you can do with the "Narrow" in combination with the lip morphs and opening or closing the mouth (which at the moment, you can only do by x-rotating the lower jaw, but I'll add a slider to the head actor later). If you find that the lips need to come forward more, for example, I'll consider morphs that do just that bit.
