I did a google search and can't find anything like that name.  However, the name of the zip file really doesn't mean much. Some creators include their name, others name it for the product and others still seem to name the file randomly.  So you may not be able to locate it again just by the name of the zip file.

Did you try opening up one of the .jpg files in a graphic program to see if the artist put their copyright on it?  Is there no readme?
