Have you tried using the search and replace menu in TextEdit?

Search for:-
/Users/robertthompson/Desktop/Cheetah/GrindStone/

Replace with:-
:Runtime:textures:uncle808us:GrindStone:

Then ensure that your textures are packaged in that directory.
