Ulli3D aka Jules53757 wrote a converter for V3 figure hair to fit Antonia. It comes with a manual in.pdf. As far as I know it is on Antonia's site, but may need updating for changes to Antonia since it was publishedin March 2010.

For prop hair conversion is even simpler: Apply the magnet and save the .obj. The MAT poses can be used as on the original file. MorphManager can transfer the morphs.
