It appears that the Canis Lupus figure requires a script named "startup.py". It probably came with the Canis Lupus figure download. If you still have that and install it in accordance with the instructions that hopefully came with it I think you'll be back on track.

Otherwise just delete the line or opt to bypass the file when the scene loads. Then inspect the figure and try and make any required set up refinements manually.
