Here is a simple node arrangement for skin texturing characters within the advance tab of the material room.  This is a basic texture for Miki 2, and is predominantly how all objects and characters are textured.  But, as you can see, many other different image maps can be connected to the Posersurface which can create surface depth and light responsiveness.  When you populate all the material zones of your character/object, you can ultimately create an mc6 file within the Materials category in your library.   To convert the mc6 to a MAT Pose, you need to open the file in a text editor, and change *mtlcollection* to *figure* or *$current* (props) and change the file extension to pz2.  Save the file into your Poses category folder.  Be aware, the MAT Pose format for applying textures to figures may, in the future, become obsolete.
