The word, according to Redmond at least - ymmv :-)Personally, I'd be wary of leaving AV off. Unless it's a real dog, you probably aren't going to gain a significant amount of memory/CPU. If you're only working with Poser, I suppose it would be OK but be careful about running/installing anything you may have downloaded in the past, that could be nasty.
