Isn't that what the MP warehouse/clearance section was for?  Whatever happened to that?

 

I think clearance items will be removed from being sold after a time if they don't get a sale, meaning you can't get them after they expire.

 

Correct and also note that a vendor cannot resubmit the same product again, unless more then 50% of it is changed. As for the products being lost, that's up to the vendor, they can always move them to a different store that doesn't enforce such policies. I've recently closed my store here and another place as well, I've had enough of all of these unnecessary policies and stores changing policy at will. A store should have only the necessary policies in place for a vendor to be able to sell their items, not all of these extra rules and regulations that are benificial to no one at all.
