Try doing this ...
[menu] "Edit" >>> "General Preferences" (Ctrl+K) >>> "Interface" (tab)
Launch Behavior >>> "Launch to factory state" (click "OK" ... duh :o)
Exit (close) Poser ... Restart Poser and ...
All should be well.
