My view is that anything legally questionable, such as a ponzi scheme or a pyramid is spam, but that's just my personal view. I was responding to the fact that the moderators have deleted about 5 threads on this, and thought perhaps we might deter the posting of yet more threads to be deleted.

Of course, the moderators are free to delete THIS thread if they fell I'm wrong or have overstepped some boundry or the other.

I personally could care less either way.
