When I select an actor, I see all the JCM dials in that actor. As I am unlikely to want to adjust these dials, they are just taking up valuable space in the parameters palette, and making it harder to find dials that I do want to use.

So I made a pose file to put all the JCM dials in collapsed groups (see image above).
