I don't have this specific product but I would suspect the general process would be this:
Open Poser
Go to Figures Library
Load M4 from the Daz People folder
Go to Poses Library
Inject the ALL morphs in the Daz Injections Folder. This includes any Base morphs, Morphs++, and the Hiro morphs.
Go to the Hiro Toon folder (in poses)
Apply the INJ Pose.
Apply the MAT Pose of your choice (assuming there are several)
This should make the figure change from M4 to the Toon Hiro with the proper texture.
In poser, the vast majority of figures you will purchase (From Daz and Rendo) operate this way. They are morphs of a BASE FIGURE. You load the base figure first, in this case its M4. Inject any morph packages you have for it, in this case, the Hiro morphs (and any of the additional morph packages like Morphs++), then you Inject the character you want to end up with, in your case the Toon character. You can't go straight to that character.
You can, once you have it all properly loaded (minus clothing), save the fully injected and set up character back to your Figures library so you don't have to go through the whole loading process every time. Then it becomes a one click deal.
DAZ copyrights the CR2 file (the figure file). Because of this vendors can't distribute a fully set up M4 morphed character. You have to go through the loading process and then inject the morph into the loaded character.
