I have one Runtime which is subdivided by categories such as:

Animals

People

Scenery

Vehicles

Weapons

and so on.

I find it fairly easy to navigate around and maintaining the structure is simple enough, as I install things of similar types at any one time, then organize them before installing anything else.

I doubt that installing a minimum of content would work for me, since I often use things not usually associated with each other in the same project.  In any case, if I don't have an item installed, I'd probably forget I had it.  :)

The only things I uninstalled/deleted are freebies I have no use for, self created items that I've updated and a couple of bought things which I no longer use.
