Sorry I can't really give an answer right now. I've been using Modo and I can make expressions there and then create sliders in Messiah. And I'm still learning all that so have not even tried it with Poser.

I'm just learning Messiah like everyone else. I will post little tricks and tips when I come across or discover them but other than that all I can say is buy the setup tab membership for $20 when you can.

In the mean time download the PDF manual from the forums for free and go through that.
