Even though this is off topic a little,

I've been using C since it ever existed and if it's any consolation, I'm still finding buttons and tabs once in a while.

For me, I think it's easier to miss new features/buttons when you're an old user than when you're learning new.  When you're learning a package from scratch you just click on everything to figure out what it does.  When you're used to the package, you use what you're used to and don't go and explore the whole thing again.

So every once in a while, I'll go and do something that I haven't done in a long time and dang it if there's not a bunch of new buttons all over the place!  The texture engine has been the most infamous for me on that count.  Lots of little buttons hidden in places and if you open up an old model, C will continue to display the same texture tree that you used when you built the thing so new buttons/tabs won't show up when you use old stuff sometimes.
