Yes, "Pozers Little Helper" (PLH) and "MorphFromOBJP6.py", will make both INJ and REM files. PLH can also make make "vis" files, and has some other extra options not included in "MorphFromOBJP6.py". Personally I don't need the extra options in PLH, but some might like them.
My advice is. If you want to create INJ and REM files from a morphed obj file use PLH. It takes a bit of setting up the first time you use it, and it's not the easiest app to understand, there is a learning curve, but once understood, it produces good results.
On the other hand, if the morphs are already in the figure, use "MorphFromOBJP6.py" to produce INJ and REM files. It's quick and simple to use. Of course if you are starting wit an obj, you could use "Morph IMP" to load the morphs into the figure, set all the imported morph's dials to a value of one, then use "MorphFromOBJP6.py", to make the INJ and REM, but that's usiing two applications to do what PLH can do on its own.
