OK, I give!! How'd you do that. When I try making it longer, the side get narrow and the ends get also get elongated and fatter. You illustration looks like it's the same width all the way around.

After looking closer at you illustration, there is something else going on there that I didn't notice before. The 2 straight sides don't have the cross marking that they would normally have if there were from the torus like the "turns" or ends do.
