Yes, it's OK to use Antonia's cr2 file to create confirming clothing for her. Antonia is distributed under a  "Creative Commons Attribution Licence", which, as I understand it, means you can do anything you want with the cr2, so long as you credit odf as the original author.

Thank you Lesbentley and thank you Odf for clearing this up (and many thanks for the fantastic poser character odf). I certainly don't mind giving credit to where credit is due. And if that's all there is to it,  I will at some point make some free confirming clothing for Antonia. Probably some kind of a cosplay costume... ;)
