Well, the first thing you need is Steve Cox's UV mapper utility (in the Free Stuff). Then you load the obj file of the item of clothing you want from your geometries file (Poser 4 clothes-I think). When you save the map template make sure you flip it vertically first as Poser reads this instead and if you don't do it the texture won't show up correctly. For any items that have not been mapped you will have to create a new map but that involves other things that will be better explained to you if you go to Steve Cox's site with tutorials on the UV mapper.
