Please send an email with the order information to store@renderosity.com so I can assist you with this.
Also, I found out that in order for us to offer the grab bag promotion, we had to remove the duplicate purchase flag so the grab bag could be "purchased" more than once.
This function will be turned off the rest of the week so please be careful when prchasing products for the rest of the week.
