A Hulk like body?  If you want something that bulky, look at Freak 4 for the sheer mass.

Load M4, inject Freak 4, adjust til you are happy through the dials in M4's body, then use the morphs ++ to add the muscularity.  Superhero, Bodybuilder and Definition would likely do it just fine.  Freak 4 is just a set of morphs for M4, so you can add them to M4 as well as the ++ to probably get close to what you are looking for.  And you don't have to use them on his head at all if you don't want.
