As long as they don't break the TOS, then it's fine and so far that hasn't happened with any of the opinions expresses so there should be no issue at all.

Not to put too fine a point on it, but You Can and You Do. Websites do it all the time when they have forums. The TOS is all about "Telling people how to relay their opinions". Moderators have been very vocal here at times telling people how to express themselves.
