Hey, Hubert! I swear it's the truth.

I plug my camera into the usb port and switch it on. The PC bing-bongs to tell me its connected. In device manager an icon appears telling me there is a digital camera connected to the system. BUT......the software - Camera Window - doesn't load up and when I force it, it tells me it 'Cannot detect camera - please check connection and try again'. EX-Browser - the Canon photo imaging software does the same thing when I tell it to download my pics from the camera.

It's driving me nuts.
