If you have PP2010 I think there is a possibility the behaviour may be different and worth trying. Also, you can try background and network rendering with 2010.

I notice that it happened from 130/200 frames irregular, no set pattern.

I am setting another render from 130 frames to 200 so I will report back if the same problem occurs.
