Thank you. Not really good enough. The Daz page? I already have a ticket. I wasn't asking for support on Poser 4 (the best version ever) and Poser 4 was never mentioned by me. I wanted advice on download installation. As it happens I have since solved the problem myself: the active folder has to be manually removed from an outer one within Library and then all is fine -- Poser 4 notwithstanding. Nobody told me this. I am incensed at Daz's inconstencies and inaccessibity, which have nothing to do with my Poser program. Daz's performance in this instance is neither busnesslike nor minimally courteous and appears to reflect the sloppiness that can come from having an automated website onto with you can deflect your bothersome customers.
