Subject: Why isn't my saved pose applied to other figures exactly as saved?

Turn IK OFF before you apply the pose.

[menu] "Figure" >>> "Use Inverse Kinematics"

UNcheck "LeftLeg" and "RightLeg"

Now load your pose.
