A few years ago I converted an older version of the MakeHuman mesh to use the same rigging as V1, for use as a figure in 3D video games. I shaped and posed the MakeHuman as desired, then exported as .obj. Then I manually grouped the mesh and created a Poser figure using the .phi technique. This is basically the technique BucmaTemar suggests, so it can work. If you want to use an existing Poser skeleton, the trick is lining up the body parts correctly and applying whatever scaling may be needed.
